Starting young The world we live in today is an incredible place. However, with some of our advancements, there are drawbacks. Pollution, water contamination, chemicals, and many other icky things we all encounter on a daily basis. As adults, our bodies can withstand a lot of toxins, but it doesn't mean it should have to. ... One of the most common places to find awful chemicals is our skincare routines we do everyday. And baby products are no different. The same cheap chemicals used in adult products are being used in baby products. Mineral oils and petroleum jelly (vaseline) made from the same ingredients used to make a car engine go. These toxic chemicals leach their way into the body and bog down the lymphatic system, liver, and other detoxification pathways. "Parfums or fragrances" can be the names of 1,000s of different artifical chemicals that are unnamed on the label and potentially hazardous to health. We are all born with a "bucket" as we go through life we fill that bucket up with toxins, illnesses, medications etc. If that bucket overflows, it develops into illness caused by a toxic load in the body. Being vigilant and cautious about what products you allow in your body and your family's bodies is one of the best ways to keep this bucket from overflowing. Choosing all natural, cruelty-free, vegan, and organic products is an amazing strategy to counteract the effects of other environmental toxins out of our control. The Mom and Baby balm is made with soothing shea butter, conditioning hemp seed oil, and healing lavender. Keeping you and your little sprout safe, healthy, and conditioned. As with every product it is handmade with Love and plant magic

Calm & Sleep These days they are hard to come by. The current state of the world doesn't leave us feeling our most serene. There seems to be a chaotic energy all around that is out of our control. The good news is that finding calmness is a learned behavior we can teach ourselves. It's an incredibly powerful thing to learn. This state of calm provides peace, reasoning, strength, and connection in the midst of chaos. ... There are many wonderful tools you can use to soothe the soul and calm the spirit. >Deep breathing stimulates the vagus nerve allowing the brain to calm. This breathing takes us out of the sympathetic nervous system that contributes to our fight or flight response and taxes every system in the body, especially the endocrine system. This deep belly breathing allows us to be in the parasympathetic nervous system which initiates rest and digestion. This allows for digestion and the proper function of all systems in the body to take place. >Helpful herbs that calms the nervous system or have mild sedative properties. Making warm teas of lavender, sage, chamomile, lemon balm, passionflower valerian. >Nutracueticals There are many helpful supplements for calming the body and promote restful sleep. Magnesium is one of the best. Magnesium is anti-inflammatory in the brain, relaxes muscle tension, and helps you get into those deep and very important REM cycles. Using these items you can create a peaceful nighttime ritual. Things like running a bath and using the WildFlower Lavender & Sage bath salts, reading a book, creating a gratitude journal. Anything that brings comfort and quiet to your soul. If you are someone who suffers from stress or anxiety feel free to reach out and we can create a custom dietary, lifestyle and supplementation protocol specific to you to help you get well deserved sleep and find your calm. www.wildflowerbodymindsoul.com

Okay, hear me out. Tattoo Wellness. Alot, of people ask "how are you a holistic health practitioner but have so many tattoos?" "Aren't they bad for you?" The answer is this. Some people hang their art on a wall, I wear mine. Living clean and fixating on complete and total wellness are different things. When we obsess over "health perfection" it can become overwhelming, addicting, toxic, and crushing... Supporting the body and spirit as a whole through clean living is what true health is about. For me, my tattoos tell a story of my inner being, I am more me with them than without. Doing the things that make you feel more beautifully you is what true health is about. I support my true health by: -Eating organic whole foods -Supplementing -Cleansing and detoxing - Drinking an adequate amount of clean water -Grounding myself in nature -Supporting my skin health -Supporting lymphatic drainage I created the WildFlower Tattoo balm 5 years ago with the intention to give a cleaner, healthier, more healing alternative to tattoo balms on the market. The WildFlower Tattoo Aftercare Balm supports the healing of the epithelial layer of skin, maintains the integrity of the ink, contains healing herbs, and soothes irritation and redness. As with all WildFlower products, this balm is cruelty-free, all natural, vegan, tattooed babe approved, and made with love and plant magic!
