For my treatment space I invested in a high quality air purifier, and am using Health Canada certified sanitizing products. The pre-screening process (I'll check in with you about your health prior to your appointment) has become a standard procedure to ensure the most safety for us. The point I’m going to show you is one of the most powerful acu-points! Try it, and be consistent for best results. Hold this IMMUNE BOOSTING ACUPRESSURE POINT several times a day for at least 1 minute each time, while taking some Deep Slow Breath! It’s located about 2 thumb widths from your wrist crease (on both wrists). Press your thumb/finger firmly between the two bones that you feel, press and hold. (Repeat on other wrist.) Most likely the point will feel a bit tender. That’s how you know you’re on it. After holding it for a while you might notice that the tenderness releases.
