Animals have a natural and unconscious connection to Source. Butterflies are born knowing how to follow their migration journey, birds know how to fly south for winter. But we humans are a bit of a different story... . Infant are born connected to the oneness, but it seems to be our unique human journey to separate from the great Oneness and become individuals. . As children, we grow and explore the world of form, and we begin to identify with certain characteristics and aspe...cts. Am I fat or thin? Am I a boy or a girl? Am I rich or poor? Am I sporty or artistic? Am I kind or cruel?...We explore duality to create our identities/ego. . But our true self is ultimately the Oneness that we, and all of creation comes from, and the essence of that oneness is love. Not the fleeting emotion that we call love, but the state of being. That is our true face, underneath the scattered shards of identity. . So now as adults, it's our job to reconnect with that essence and remember who we really are - our eternal self which is far greater and more powerful then any descriptors. We surpass the level of duality and understand that we encompass all the aspects and opposites within ourselves. . We do this consciously and with intention, in a way that animals cannot, and need not do. This is the great awakening! . It is in the intention to merge back in with Source, freely chosen, that great power lays. Some believe that through this human process of awakening, we actually help Source become conscious of itself and we help the universe expand. . As we bust through our limiting ego identities, we become conscious co-creators with the Universe. We reconnect with the powerful creative force within ourselves. We work magick, we manifest with intention! . Through remembering are true face, we marry wisdom and intention to create, for the highest good of all. . See more

Transformation is an opening up, a spreading of the wings, of becoming a bigger, brighter version of yourself. . It also involves loss and pain as we let go of the old familiar ways of being. . For the last couple of weeks I have been struggling with my own process of transformation, both in letting go of the old, but even more so, in allowing my new form to unfold naturally.... . All the places where I have been disempowered were coming up to be acknowledged, and for a time it was pretty overwhelming. I forgot to see it as part of the process, and instead I began buying into those old paradigms once more. . I began to wonder "Who do I think I am, with all my foibles and flaws and negative programming from the past, who am I to put myself out there and try to help other people?" . I began believing that voice that said I was not good enough are talented enough or strong enough to do the work that I've been called to do. I thought I was done with shadow work, at least for a while, but clearly there were still many dark shadows that needed to be brought into the light. . And yet despite my fears and doubts, Spirit has continue to call me... . I recognize that I can choose to answer that call, solidify my intentions, and emerge from the cocoon into the Light. I may not understand how it's all going to work out, but I can surrender to the process and trust that I will be guided to where I need to go. . If you are struggling with your own transformation, know that you are being called for a reason, and even in the dark, the process continues to move forward, even if it feels like you're moving backwards for a while.
