Our immune systems are precious to us in times of stress and especially if we're concerned about COVID. Social distancing has discouraged us from hands-on treatments and for those at risk, this is sensible. I am now offering outdoor sessions. I will wear a mask, but the fresh air will also help dissipate risk and outside time is always good for us. Reiki has been proven to help boost our white blood cells and to relieve stress which compromises our immunity. I will be happy to take the session outside, to a park or your own backyard where we can enjoy a natural non-invasive system boost in the fresh air. Contact me over messenger for more information.
