Total tear-out, new insulation, vapour barrier,drywall, flooring, trim, prime and paint.

Started a new project this past Monday. A basement renovation including a 13X19 bedroom and a 10X10 bathroom. Finished framing it in, roughing in the plumbing and electrical. Starting to hang the drywall tomorow. Here we go again!

Will replace a bathroom sink drain (it leaks and is plugged), 2 hard wired smoke detectors, a light fixture, a broken gas exhaust rain cap and some wet drywall.....today!
