Hello everyone Andrew here. The past 24 hours have been a lot. We have been looking into what this lock down means to us. First off we would like to say thank you to Ullrichs, Hyskas Your Independent, Lakeside General Store and Jan's Valu Mart and the other local businesses that invited us into their stores during this Pandemic.... With the current projections released by the Ontario Government this week, it has thrown us into a different perspective entirely. We have been deemed essential. With this in mind we do want to flatten the curve and do everything in our power to slow down this horrible virus. So how do we do this while keeping our staff employed and continue to get our products to our amazing customers (what we've come to understand as the most supportive community)? This is what we have come up with. We will continue to send our bread to the awesome businesses listed above Tues-Sundays. We have made the hard decision to close our store front to the public and offer curbside pickup on Wednesday and Saturdays for the time being. Limited menu shown on next/second slide. We as a community, need to limit our movement and stick this out. So many of the small businesses that make this community such an amazing place need this so they can reopen as soon as possible. In the end we were both just a few dollars away from raising $800 each! Our father decided he would top us both up to a total of $800 each making our total together $1600.
