I got home from work today, tired, back sore, didn’t want to go in my office, make supper or downstairs to exercise. I headed out to the woods. I stopped here by the creek and did a short yoga practice and meditation (standing) while listening to the water, the leaves rustling and the birds chirping. It wasn’t pretty in my rubber boots - but it doesn’t have to perfect moves in perfect sequence in a studio.
