For those of you who have surveys to complete on diabetes programming, here are the prizes you may win if you return! Draw will be Monday Aug 31, 2020.

Good morning! An announcement to anyone living with diabetes in Montreal Lake: Delia Naytowhow (CHR) and Erica Moir (diabetes nurse practitioner) will be dropping off a healthy recipe with ingredients to cook, a copy of Canada's Food Guide in Cree or English, and a survey to shape the diabetes program on Montreal Lake. We want your feedback on diabetes wellness programs you'd like to participate in. To enter a draw with lot's of prizes, please take a photo of your survey and ...email it to [email protected], or drop it off at the clinic entrance. Draw is August 31. If you haven't received a delivery by the end of the day, call the clinic and we'd be happy to drop one off on Friday, Aug 21. Thank you so much for participating in this project! Hello all, this is a friendly reminder to anyone recieving medication through the clinic. Please call pharmasave if you are running out of medications and still have refills at 1800-561-1119. If you do not have refills, you will need a new prescription from your nurse practitioner or physician, and will need to make an appointment. Thanks!
