The Association of Black Conservatives is hopeful that the announcement today of Ontario Minister of Education Stephen Lecce , that academic streaming in Grade ...9 is to end, will help Black students attain better education outcomes. ABC thanks Minister Lecce and the Ford government (FordNation) for their dedication to creating an education system that is more accountable, inclusive and transparent. Such an education system is indeed critical for all students to be able to attain his or her full potential.

Canadian Multiculturalism Day was first celebrated in 1988, when the Multiculturalism Act was passed by... the Conservative government of Brian Mulroney. : Multicultural Mural : Flickr, Tammy Pilon Multicultural Mural at Bramblewood Elementary School in British Columbia. The mural was designed by Tammy Pilon and was painted with the help of elementary school children.
