The corn is perfect right now for freezing. Big yet still sweet. A really easy thing to do Peel Blanch for 3 minutes Cool in ice water... Drain Cut off cob Scoop in freezer bag. As much or as little as ur family will use at once. I do 2-3 cups per bag. 10 doz or more is $5 a doz.

Once again we will be inbetween patches. We r predicting the next patch will be ready about Wednesday. We will still have B0805 which is excellent for freezing. Sorry for this but Mother Nature does her thing differently every year.
