I have the privilege of working with a great group of people, and get to build relationships with the friendliest clients. What was your most amazing or terrifying moment? Terrifying moment would have to be losing my footing on an air boat in the Florida Everglades and almost falling into Alligator infes...ted waters. Who is your favourite musician or artist? I have too many to name. I would say any artist from the 70’s and 80’s. I am a huge fan of Classic Rock. What’s your favourite ice cream flavour? Spumoni What do you want to be when you grow up? When I was in kindergarten, I wanted to be a dinosaur. As I got older, a Writer or Television/Film Director. What makes you happiest? Coffee. More work. Repeat as many times as necessary. ... What makes you happiest? Spending time with my little girl, Lucianna, and my husband, Roberto. We love relaxing at home, but we're always planning our next adventure. What's something most people wouldn’t know about you? I’m a MAJOR AvGeek. I love plane spotting, visiting aircraft museums, and of course, flying in different types of aircrafts. My biggest geek moment was witnessing the AN-225 (biggest airplane in the world) in action. What causes are you passionate about? My best friend runs a charity ‘Paper and Glass Goods’ employing women in rural Uganda. They make the most beautiful jewelry, and are so inspiring #MeetWMIB

A few weeks ago, our friends at Will Marshall Insurance Brokers Ltd. hosted their annual Charity Golf Tournament in support of Seasons Centre. After having to p...ostpone the initial event due to lightening, 75 golfers endured a chilly & rainy October morning to help raise $9,000 for Seasons Centre! A big thank you to the golfers, sponsors, volunteers and the team at WMIB for your continued support and generosity.

Good news! We've secured a new date for this year's tournament. We'll be going ahead with the 26th Annual WMIB Charity Open in Support of the Seasons Centre for Grieving Children at Orr Lake Golf Club on Sunday, October 4th! If you were registered to golf on September 13th, please contact the Club to secure your new tee time. Staggered tee times will begin at 10AM, rather than 8AM, in case of frost Please also let us know if you are no longer able to participate.... More good news - the date change has opened up a few team spots. If you were unable to snag a tee time the first time around, contact the Club to register. Availability is limited. Effective tomorrow, July 30th, our office doors will reopen to the public. There will be a maximum of three clients allowed in the office at any given time. Anyone entering the office must wear a mask, use the hand sanitizer provided, and sign in with their name and email or phone number. Additionally, we will resume our extended office hours effective next week, remaining open until 7PM on Thursday evenings.... Our friends at The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group have put together an awesome initiative to help 2020 Ontario high school graduates. There are only a few days left to submit your entries - check out their Facebook page for more information and some video inspiration!
