Where do I start with the Hawthorne wedding, What a day!!!! It turned out to be probably one of the best last days before the winter hits. Turned out to be a fantastic day, ... Anyone I have shot a wedding for knows that I have a tendency to become friends with my clients. I like to be a helpful hand in the wedding planning process because anyone who has planned a wedding knows how stressful it can be. Which means we are in contact ALOT. But In all my wedding packages I include an engagement session, It helps me get to know my clients visa versa. This is where it all starts....... They show me the love that they have between each other which brought them to this moment. Josee & Colin have truly something that is unique and special. In True fashion I fall in love with their love for each other, just like their friends and family have done. This couple is no exception. When I put out a model call a couple weeks back I got all kinds of lovely responses. The Reason I put out the model call was because I upgraded a BUNCH of equipment, Including my camera and it needed to take it for a test drive. I have officially converted over to the mirrorless system and I don't regret it. The R6 did NOT disappoint. I highly recommend. ... Lets be honest here, it wasn't the camera that made the photos look this good, It was this mama to be and her hubby that made my job and my cameras job easy. Today in Calgary we could not have asked for better weather, for my first day back taking photos. I was so excited because I finally got to meet Baby G.
