,,’ Everyone, say hello to ! Stacey grew up not far from us in good ol’ Niagara Falls. In 2008 she moved to Toronto but clearly had a miss for the region and moved to Niagara-on-the-Lake this past February!... Stacey is a veteran in this industry with over 20 years experience. She owned and operated @staceycakesca for 6 years and has a plethora of awesome accolades under her belt. She was featured and competed on Season 2 & 3 of Best Cakes Wins on BYU TV and was featured and competed on The Big Bake on Food Network Canada! When you scroll through the photos you can tell she has a passion for what she’s doing, I love the challenge of new art creation everyday and I love to bring events to the next level with incredible art. Safe to say we are VERY excited to have Stacey join our team! I am so eager to work under Chef Catherine and learn everything I can from her.
