Let's celebrate by learning a few tips about good oral health for life! - Use a soft-bristle toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. - Wait at least 2030 minutes after eating before brushing your teeth. - Floss every day.... - Eat a well-balanced diet. - Limit foods and beverages containing sugar or carbohydrates. - Ideal snack foods: cheese, nuts, vegetables, and non-acidic fruits. - Look for oral care products with the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) Seal. We like to occasionally remind our friends and followers to brush at least twice a day. The best time to brush teeth is after meals. Choose a toothbrush with a small head for better access to back teeth. Soft bristles are kinder on your gums.
