Please be advised the low volume of water coming in the well #2 dried up and we had to go to well#1 for back up. The lack of water is affecting the well # 2. When we called for the water truck we were advised he was working long hours and was providing water for all residences with well that had dried up. Be conservative in using water. We rely on nature to provide us with our drinking water.WE also had to bring the pressure down for now. We will have expert advising us on Monday in regards to the wells.

This morning I wanted to touch bass in regards to the payment of the $750.00 due by October first. This payment is not a winter charge this is a commitment to the season 2021. WE have an extensive list of people that are waiting to move in our community. This is why it is important for you to advise us of your decision on staying in our Resort. The non payment by the date indicated would make your site available for a new guest.Our office hours are 09:00 am to 05:00 pm every day. Remember that we have a survey going for the extra two week extension in one of the two season Fall or Spring. We have had many responses and you still have till October 3 to call in or email your choice .

Please be advised the beach will be closed until further notice due to high levels of bacteria in the water. We will advise everyone when the result of a second test comes back. The level in the area of Oakland and Scotland in the water shed is very low due to a lack of rainfall. Farmers are using the water shed for their crops and the lake is low causing the problem.
