Step 1: You can use our fill in the blanks or write your own - find a notebook you love or a piece of paper you can hang in your room Step 2 - when you are in a good headspace, try to write out a few lines about what you LOVE about yourself (inside and out), what good qualities you have, what you are proud of about yourself etc Step 3 - once a day, or when you are feeling low or need a self esteem boost before a presentation, school project or interview, step in front of a mirror and say these statements to yourself! (or before a presentation repeat them to yourself silently) Step 4 - SMILE <3 you are worth it!

If you have some extra cardboard or paper, heres a fun idea for some activities at home !
Are you working on handwriting skills and teaching letters with your kids? Consider using different materials to make practicing letters more fun and to switch up using the pencil/markers! One of our clients is using playdough to make letters out of playdough over a template (this is just a whiteboard but you can use paper!). This activity helps them practice identifying and forming their letters, and the squishing and shaping of the playdough with help to strengthen the ...little muscles in their fingers and hands which will come in HANDy when they go back to working with pencil and paper! #occupationaltherapy #handwritingpractice #finemotorskills #playdough #learningthroughplay #OT
