Course was fun to play yesterday. The tunnel shot was a little tighter, because of the heavy branches and the baskets were covered in ice.

Happy New Years! What a year 2020 was. At the start of 2020, I was working for a car dealership and trying to sneak in as much disc golf as I could, with a family, the farm and work. Then Covid hit and I lost my job at the dealership. My wife was able to work from home and I was tasked with staying at home and looking after the kids until the end of school and through the summer break. At the same time I was trying to get my wood shop built, so I could start to generate in...come while being at home. During this time, I saw something happening - a need in the community - disc golf was exploding all around me. People messaging online asking for places to purchase plastic and bags, going to the local course and feeling like I should have booked a tee time, because of the backups on every hole. So my wife and I talked and with the help of @toplinkdg we decided to open a modest shop to provide a touch and feel store for the KW/ Cambridge/ Guelph/ Milton area. The modest part did not last long. The response was overwhelming, the need in the community was larger then we expected. I was getting new discs in every week to meet the demand. You guys showed us amazing support and we responded by tearing down some walls and increasing our square footage. This allowed us to carry more stock and provide clients with the options to purchase larger items in person and save the shipping. In the past few months we have hosted several very successful events from beginner clinics, glow league to the highly successful @thomasgilbert54 clinic. We have expanded our offerings to carry more brands and products. We are extremely excited for 2021. We have big plans for the upcoming year - from tournaments, beer and disc golf days with @royalcitybrew, new courses, and leagues. 2020 still has it grips on us with the current lockdown and we know the next month is going to be hard on all of us.
