Here are our amazing friends that we miss... our talented photographer friend @lisanellyphotography and her hilarious husband and family!! Just miss them. . . My borrowed philosophy from St. Paul’s palliative physician David Kuhl’s 4 pillars of Health; Exercise, Healthy eating, Sleep and Social Connection...is taking a hit mental health wise. I get my exercise everyday, it’s part of my life...it’s like brushing my teeth..I run almost everyday and work out...I’m closing in on... 1300 kms since March. I eat healthy...been 90% plant based since January. I’ve slept well..7-9hrs almost 90% with power naps here and there to make up the slack.. I supplement with vitamins to boost my immunity. Drink lots of water...and practice intermittent fasting for the last 3 years..maintained the same weight for the last year..170. Haven’t been sick yet..knock on the proverbial wood. ... ...BUT.... what’s really taken a hit with me, with us... is the SOCIAL CONNECTIONS with Family and Friends!!!! Can’t fucking take it. I, we, need these interactions in our lives. It makes us better. It makes us happier. It makes us healthier. It makes me healthier. So, I’m going to just reach out and say how much I’ve missed hanging out with my 4 brothers and their families and I’ve missed all of our friends and laughing and sharing time together. . Let’s do our part so that we can return to having these times together.
