Now that we have moved into Phase III of reopening we are now able to allow one person at a time to come into the clinic reception area for pre-ordered medication and food pickups. A face covering is required when entering the building. For appointments with pets, please call us when you arrive and we will come to your car then escort you into the clinic provided you are feeling well and are wearing a face covering. If you like, we can still see only your pet if you would ...rather not be present for the examination. For appointments with your pet, please complete the COVID-19 self-assessment tool and reschedule your visit to the clinic if you may be at risk of being infected with COVID-19. To reduce the risk of community transmission of COVID-19, we still offer Telemedicine Consults with Dr. Lofsky and Online Ordering and Delivery all from the safety of your home.

This is a reminder to start your pet's heartworm parasite prevention on Monday, June 1st, 2020. We are now seeing regular appointments including wellness exams, vaccinations and elective surgeries. All appointments, food and medication will still be curbside as we are not allowed to have people in the building. If you are picking up pet food or medications please if possible pick them up between 12 pm to 2 pm, Monday to Friday. If your pet is overdue for vaccines or needs ...to be neutered or spayed please call us to book an appointment. An easy way to check if your pet is due for vaccines is to download our PetDesk app and sign in to view your pet's vaccination history. You can also schedule your appointment through the PetDesk app and request food and medication refills. When you click on the Purr Points you can earn loyalty rewards for discounts for free fecals and heartworm testing. We hope to hear from you soon. See more
