PET SPOT SOLUTION: Pets are a wonderful part of our lives, so when there is a 'whoops', sometimes a topical cleaning isn't enough. There can still be odor problems, however, there is a solution that works in most cases.... 1. We pre-treat and clean area with regular cleaner. 2. Apply Hydrocide Xtreme, an encapsulating deoderizer that eliminates odor on contact. 3. Make sure the solution reaches deep to all the affected areas.... 4. Extract with a plate extractor, which is a tool powerful enough to pull the solution all the way up from the carpet pad. 5. Let dry. See more

WITH THE PARENT'S PERMISSION here is a "kids will be kids" post. A little 6 year old boy decided to do a project in his room making a structure with flour. After realizing it wasn't working out he thought he better clean it up before it was discovered. He used a cleaner but that didn't do the trick. Deciding to cover it up with whatever was nearby was the next best thing. When Mom discovered the spot it was hardened and rather permanent looking. Fortunately it came out just fine. After 26 years in this business this was a first. Lol!

Carpet Cleaning Demonstration: Here is a carpet about to be cleaned. First we pre-treat the entire area with a mild non-toxic cleaner. Then the perimeter, heat duct edges and transition areas are cleaned. Next the main area is cleaned. Only pure hot water is used along with a powerful vacuum system. This way the cleaner has a dwell time to loosen soils, but is completely rinsed out when the cleaning is complete. Leaving your carpets clean and residue free.
