Ride to WIN . Saturday
Sunday winter program.
Hi . As you know for many years Krystof organizing winter programs, from November to April, and now we are approaching our 17th year. Winter training is vital for building all kinds of strengths to get you 100% prepared for the summer. Training with me and trusting in me will prove results. 1. Coaching 7 days a week ... 2. Training will be outdoors & indoors. 3. WIN Cycling Center at Crunch Fitness = Saturday & Sunday (depending on weather) 4. Weight training 5. Track training - teaching tactics, strategies, and techniques 6. Weekly training will be mostly outside including road,mountain bike, boot camp, running, etc. 7. We will also enjoy winter sports as well such as skiing, snowboard, cross country, etc. (Collingwood camps available) 8. ZWIFT and live video coaching/training included! 9. Also available weekend (Friday-Sunday) camps in Hockley Valley and/or Collingwood Depending on COVID-19, to add to your winter program there will be two trips/cycling camps: Cozumel = January 19t (four daily events including swimming, cycling, running, etc. ) Cuba = end of March (cycling twice a day) As always I will help you and motivate you to reach your goals!
