LOOKING FOR IDEAS AND ADVICE!! Windermere Community Association is beginning to raise money for the Village Trail. We are looking for advice from the community. We were wondering if you would give the gift of a donation to friends and family? And if that was an option if you would want something concrete to share?... For example, a terribly overpriced t-shirt that stated the wearer of said t-shirt had a friend that had donated to the Village Trail Fund in their name. Or perhaps a Christmas tree decoration with a bow that informs the recipient that funds have been donated in their name? OR just a card that says thank you for the donation???? We thank you in advance for your constructive ideas and advice!!

Anyone interested in being part of a committee to have this path built in Windermere please email [email protected] or leave a comment here. We will need to reach out to the community, write some grants, and organize some fundraising. We are looking at 1000 metres of path. Each meter is approximately $250.00. Can your family buy a metre? Two? You can e-transfer your tax-deductible donations to [email protected]

WINDERMERE VILLAGE TRAIL PROJECT IS BEGINNING! Good news to everyone in Windermere. We are starting with the engineering to have a bike and pedestrian path built in Windermere. This will allow people to walk from the loop of Windermere without going on to the highway!!
