Role description This role is responsible for the sale of new home construction projects as well as the overall customer experience throughout the build and delivery process, including:... - Business development and identification of new clients - Clear understanding of client wishes and aspirations for the new home construction project - Development and presentation of alternative new home construction alternatives - Leveraging the use of internal construction and design support functions to maximize client satisfaction The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful client relationship building, ideally in an associated industry sector, such as home building or real estate.
