Congratulations to Dana Woltz, 2018 Bike Commuter of the Year! Dana commutes by bike daily from his house in South Windsor to the Ford Engine plant. He started cycling to work as part of his physical rehabilitation following knee surgery. And for 19 years cycled from his former Essex home to his job in Windsor!
The 10th Annual Bike to Work Day was a huge success! Riders came from all across the City and County to celebrate and encourage cycling to work. The nominee must live, work or study in Windsor. Contest closes at noon on May 24th and the winner will be announced at the Bike to Work Day breakfast, on May 28th. Self-nominations are welcome.
