Windsor COVID plan We are currently serving bistro style. Order at the till and pick up your order then feel free to find a seat on our lovely patio or enjoy a picnic at the Windsor park. ... We have fresh pastries daily, including scones, croissants and muffins. Cool off with ice cream or an iced coffee. For lunch we are serving fresh to order sandwiches, wraps, charcuterie boxes and salads with daily specials. You may also enjoy a little wine or pint of beer on our patio!

Good afternoon from the Windsor Cafe! We’re excited to announce as of this Wed April 29th we will be back open! Rest assured we are following all the guidelines and have implemented a new method of business. We have an order window and a pick up window! We will be offering great treats, meals for lunch/dinner and beverages ( ps we have wine and beer to go.) ... Once it’s 100% safe for restaurants to do dine in we will launch our spring / summer menu with patios in full swing! Hours: Mon: closed Tuesday-Friday: 8:30am - 3:00pm Saturday-Sunday: 9:00am-3:00pm Hours may change

Dear Oak Bay My wife and I at The Windsor cafe believe it is time for us to start thinking about our beloved community. It’s incredible how many continued to show up and help us out even when we were only doing take away. Although we feel like you are all doing the neighbourly thing by supporting a local business, we do not feel it is very neighbourly for us to stay open. The virus has turned the economy upside down, the longer we stay open the longer it will take for the ec...onomy to bounce back. This is not a show of weakness but of strength for the community we love. Thank you to all that have already sacrificed to slow the virus down. Once it is safe, we will be ready and eager to re open and see everyone’s smiling faces again. Thank you Quinn & Jay
