Cross country practices start on Tuesday, August 27th at Malden park. Meet at 6 near the building on the Malden side of the park. There is also practice on Thursday, same time same place!

Spring Prep for elementary school athletes continues this week. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 outdoors for the entire month of May at the university of Windsor track. Cost is $50 for existing members and $65 for new athletes. See you there!!

The outdoor season has begun. Practice times are 5:30-7 on Monday and Wednesday and 7-8:30 on Tuesday and Thursday. We hope to see you there!!
