To Our Valued Patients: On behalf of the clinical and admin staff at Windsor Physiotherapy Ltd., I would like to thank you for jumping in to our new service, Telehealth rehabilitation that rose out of the clinic closure due to COVID-19 pandemic. We are anticipating news within the next few weeks from the premier and chief medical officer as to when we can begin to open our office for in person sessions. I wanted to let you know that we will be in touch with you as soon as... we know a date, to offer you in-person follow-up before we open up our booking to those that have chosen to wait, or who we didn’t feel were suitable for virtual sessions. We realize this time has been hard for everyone and know that there are many people out there with aches and pains that they have been forced to live with. We anticipate the demand for our services to be high and we can’t wait to be able to help people in person. I also want to ensure you that new protocols will be in place for: 1. Booking and billing 2. Arrival and departure 3. Physical distancing for everyone except you and your therapist 4. Ensuring both your and our safety Virtual sessions will continue to be an option for those not quite ready to venture out in the community. I would love to hear from you and know what your experience with Telehealth rehab was like. This was also a new experience for us, but one that we feel has great value and likely will be a service to continue for some time. Your input will help this service grow.
