I remember buying this on one of my first media trips to Spain about 10 years ago. Murcia area, visiting Jumilla, Yecla, eating local amazing food (a snail paella cooked over vine prunings with @bodegascastano). Loved this wine, bought it, cellared it, waited on it. Tonight was the time. And remembered to love the memories that flood back when you open a bottle. Maybe the memory and your own story is the most important quality when you open a bottle of wine.
