Chastising myself for not taking a photo of her natural lashes before I started!!! I will post a comparable photo so you can have an idea of what I was f...aced with (swipe left ). This beauty had the curliest lashes I have ever seen on my lash bed The curl on her natural lashes is so strong that they touched her eyelids and curled over on themselves Not to worry though I have current training on how to understand eye shape and lash curl styling - this is such an advantage to have as a lash artist! I was able to determine a C curl would be the best choice for her eye shape. Why did I pick C? Ladies this is where I make my magic happen C curl strategically adhered underneath the base of these types of lashes is key. If I place any lashes on top, they will be lifted even higher by her own super curly lashes. This will make her lash line look wonky/uneven and make her extensions hit her lid and brow space. Placing underneath also allows me the most contact area and ability to control placement and direction of all the lash extensions Sets like these take time....lashes this curly I have to tape off to the side as they are completed so my isolation stays on point Enjoy the lash nap . and let the magic happen
