WOAH . The East has floored me this morning with this write up on the newly released album "us". I truly mean floored, you have touched my heart, attended to our intelligence, and had beautiful studied opinions I highly respect. There were and still are things that are hard to explain as the writer of the album because sometimes it can feel like it's all in your head and that it might simply not make sense. Matt Hayes at The East took those words out of my head and molded a...n article to fit this album. Without knowledge he pin pointed the songs that mean most to me on the album "14 Days & Counting", and "He Knows Evil". You highlighted the words that mean most and as a writer this is truly one of my favorite write up's on my music EVER. Oh yeah, and he made it clear. The writers words were: "He does what any good musician should and tells us stories, shares snippets of his life spanning everything from relationship reflections, global issues, gender dynamics to his high school experiences, and more in only seven songs".
