Winnipeg 9 Ball League will be going on hiatus indefinitely. Life has taken me to Calgary, AB where I will be unable to run the league properly. I would like to thank Danny and Bourbon Street Billiards for supporting me and W9BL and being an outstanding host venue. I would also like to thank Joel and AVO for never saying no to sponsorship requests. I would also like to thank all the players who have supported the league and put up with my incessant texts and notifications over the past 4 years. Bourbon Street Billiards will be continuing with tournaments so stay tuned to Bourbon's FB page for upcoming info. Thank you all again so much. Congratulations to Shannon Ducharme, winner of the Winnipeg 9 Ball League 2015 Championship and the overall points leader for the 2014/15 W9BL Season. Thanks to everyone who came out this year and made it a success. This season saw attendance DOUBLE from last year. It is the players who will be responsible for growing our sport again, so THANK YOU! Information about the 2015/16 W9BL season is coming out soon so stay tuned! Special thanks as well to the host venue, Bourbon Street Billiards, for helping to make this a great year for pool in Winnipeg.
