It’s that kind of morning, I was out of bath salts. Made three options Jasmine, rose & grapefruit which is revitalizing. Lavender, chamomile & orange for calming. The last one is eucalyptus, lemon, peppermint & chamomile for season allergies & congestion. I think I got my bases covered. :)

When your on a soft food only diet & your hubby brings you cheesecake! update I am healing nicely, & everyday seems to get better. Hoping by thanksgiving I can eat normally again.

With the heaviness of all the smoke from the forest fires, I’ve been turning to my blends that help support the respiratory system. The Refresh, ‘Tis the Season, & Throat Chakra blends all have essential oils that help clear airways & sinus making it a little easier to breathe. Mosquitos have been brutal this summer, it would help if I used my Skeeter Squatter more often. Working on a new product for after a mosquito made a meal of you to sooth the itch & reduce swelling.

I often get asked to fix bracelets that have fallen apart over time, I have no problem with this as long a it’s not from another vendor. This lady was sweet & after she mentioned it was bought in Nelson years ago I decided to help her. I restrung the chakra beads, replaced a few gemstones & all the silver pieces as hers were corroded. The earrings were simple as well, pulled apart & redid them adding ear hooks. I am pleased with the results, I hope she likes what I did with her bracelet.
