I have not written for a while. I found 2020 challenging and draining. Anyway, I may have kept a low profile but I have been a busy bee. I have read several Tarot books, I explored new decks and I have been busy deepening my understanding of Numerology.... I have been a big fan of Hans Decoz for more than a decade. The guy is a genius! In my thirty plus years of studying Tarot I have read, many, many books from many authors. Why? Because Tarot fascinates me and because I love reading. In retrospect I have come to the conclusion that reading books after books on Tarot did not help me at first, it actually created confusion. One author would love reversals, while the next would write there was no need for them. Not all readers interpreted the cards in the same way and so on. When I discovered Numerology I decided to keep it simple and stick with Decoz. and his book, Numerology Key to Your Inner Self. I must say it served me well. Reading many Tarot books was not a mistake, but with the wisdom of today, I would suggest my younger self to truly understand one teacher before moving to the next. Several months ago I watched medium John Edwards in a show where Numerologist Glynis Mc Cant was a guest. I remember thinking the lady was brilliant, fun and able to break down Numerology in ways that were easy to understand and to apply to everyday life. I bought one of her books, Glynis has your number. It sat on the shelf for months, but I started reading it two days ago and I have not put it down yet. I have examined a couple of Numerology charts while referring to Numerology Key To Your Inner Self by Hans, in one hand and Glynis has your number in the other. In my humble opinion they approach the subject very differently and some times they refer to the same thing using different terms, which confuses me a lot. Decoz is like the professor who knows the subject to a depth that I don’t dare to follow. Glynis makes Numerology very approachable and useful, but does not go as deep. Don’t get me wrong, she is also a fantastic Numerologist and it will take me a while to assimilate the new tools she has provided me with her book. I believe Glynis aims to teach the reader how to understand the people around them even when they have limited information available. She works with the name they use and their date of birth, that’s it. Hans Decoz works with all the names they were given at birth, even those they do not use. Why? Because they affect who they are and who they want to become. Let me give you an analogy. Glynis in this book teaches you how to swim quite well and very quickly. Decoz teaches you how to scuba-dive, but it takes longer and it requires the right gear. I am looking forward to merge these two approaches to Numerology, because in the end I will be more knowledgeable and versatile. just like all the Tarot books I read every year help me expand my understanding of the cards.

Keep in mind that my gift certificates have no expiry date. Of course you can simply order the service you want to gift through my store page and arrange the details on the notes in your order or with a phone call. A reminder that since the beginning of the pandemic I have stopped offering Reiki. At this time most of us prefer to stay away from people outside of our bubble. Let me assure you that a Tarot reading by phone or video will be just as good as one in person. Your voice is all I need to connect to your energy. For those of you wanting in person readings, I am available as long as my local restrictions permit. I am in Guelph. At present I am following the guidelines by asking screening questions before setting any appointments. I also ask clients to sanitise their hands, wear a mask and keep a safe distance. I am the only one touching the cards and I will keep my clients name and phone numbers for contact tracing purposes. Have you lost any of your residual enthusiasm for the holidays yet? I hope not.
