Though our days are very short, our lives are very long. Never EVER decide not to pursue or practice something new because of busy days! Make the slightest bit of room in your day for it, and it will make room for you in your life. 15 minutes a day over 15 days will prove me right. 15 years from now, God willing, you'll still be here on this Earth grinding through your busy days, but if you brave those 15 minutes a day to rehearse a skill or pursue a passion that heats your heart, you'll get through your those days with A LOT more confidence and style!

No guilt, no pressure, no excuses. This isn’t about unfair expectations, it’s about unprecedented opportunity! Many of us have never in our adult lives, and may never again have this kind of time off. For as challenging as it can be, if you’re willing to take responsibility for your mind and your time, you will VERY pleasantly surprise yourself. Don’t discount TINY stints of time. 1 minute is a moment that can turn everything around. 5 minutes repeated every day can change y...our life. Don’t discredit failed attempts or small efforts. You can go from embarrassment or confusion to pride and completion in five or ten tries. New things feel weird at first, so don't compare your page one to somebody else’s chapter 10. If all you can do is make peace with yourself or hold it together during quarantine, so be it. Do that. That said, I dare you to push a little. I dare you to take on some healing, some growth, some expansion, some CHALLENGE on top of it all. There are opportunities here, and you’re capable of so so much more than you might imagine. Never underestimate yourself! You have greatness within you! ~Les Brown

Some sweets for you beauties on this fine Fursday mornafternoon. To make your life absolutely magical, make these three trades NOW! 1)Trade your judgement for curiosity: instead of living with so much frustration over how people and things "should" be, invest your energy into more deeply understanding how they actually are. We naturally think fast and sloppy, and while that's okay if it doesn't hurt too much, it almost always feels amazing to slow down and look at things real...Continue reading

Maybe one of the most important things you'll ever watch. Do you waste time? Do you want a better life?... Would you like to be more courageous and fully yourself? How would you like to make life better for your family? Would it make you proud to know FOR SURE that the world was truly getting better because of the way you behave? It's all possible. Hell, it's all PROBABLE if you just put away your irrational resentment and take the simplest steps right in front of you. Dig in, and cheers to your best year to come!

"Positive thinking" means having a helpful attitude. That's it. It's not about pretending anything's better than it is, or that nothing hurts, or even that "Everything will be fine!" Positive thinking is about recognizing the absolute FACT that every last human being alive will experience conflict, rejection, failure, struggle, disappointment, and constant change: It's about recognizing all that, and then taking responsibility for responding to that intelligently. You can loo...k at life with fear, doubt, cynicism, stubborn pride, jealousy, and disregard, and you're very likely going to resent the world and life itself. Instead, we ALL have the ability to practice moving through life with courage, hope, trust, curiousity, admiration, and engagement! This is all but guaranteed to make you fascinated by the world and excited to be alive! It's not that you can completely control whether or not you win, if people ever betray you, or if times ever get hard, it's that you accept that gracefully and WORK YOUR ASS OFF to control the one thing you mostly can: Your perspective. Take life by the nards and show it some love. :D
