ONLINE COUNSELLING & UPDATES If you have a counselling session booked with me for early April those sessions are still a go through online counselling - via Facetime/other online means. Contact me if you have any questions regarding this. I was supposed to be on vacation right now,so I am on vacation from home. But I am now taking bookings for online counselling starting on March 27th. I will be subsidizing my pricing during this time to make it affordable for those who may ...not be getting a pay cheque over the next few weeks. This is a time of high stress so don't be afraid to reach out. Stress can have such an impact on our bodies and it's normal at a time like this to be experiencing high stress and anxiety. Don't feel like you have to deal with this alone. Talking is a huge release of built up stress and worry. For those of you who have asked about online yoga and meditation, after my vacation from home, I will be posting about this. I will definitely have something available online so you can practice from home. I will also be taking bookings for anyone who wants me to guide them thru a meditation from home to reduce worry, anxiety etc. geared towards your own specific needs. Meditation is so critical at a time like this to keep your body and mind healthy. Take a little time to slow don’t and breathe today.

After tonight’s classes, our classes will be canceled for the rest of March and will re-assess in the up coming weeks. We want to keep everyone safe. If this continues to be a long term issue, I may do some online yoga and meditation stuff. Will look at this down the road.

At times like these yoga and meditation can be so essential in calming our busy minds and stressed bodies. I’m hosting a meditation tonight at 6:30 that is specifically geared towards reducing the stress that we’ve all felt over the last few weeks with all the fear, change, and unknowns. Please feel free to drop in, take a little time to lay down, ground yourself, breathe, and allow your body to relax. Take a little step back from your phone, from the news, and allow your body to heal. I also have some space in my flow yoga tonight at 7:15PM, which will also be designed to reduce some of the stress we’ve felt this last week so you leave the class feeling calm and rejuvenated. Beginner yoga tomorrow night at 6PM for anyone who wants to drop in.

Yoga will still be on for this week. However, we are following the guidelines that the news has been recommending. If you have any symptoms (cough and fever etc.), we recommend just practicing at home for now to keep others safe. Meditation tomorrow night at 6:30PM, we could all use a little meditation during a time like this.

SCHEDULE CHANGES. If anyone picked up the end of March schedule last night, there are some changes. Darlene is no longer going on vacation so she will be hosting gentle yoga and chair yoga on Wednesday's and Sundays. All drop in classes! Beginner yoga drop in tonight at 6PM with Sam! $15 for a drop in.
