Updates during COVID - 19 During the COVID-19 health emergency, we are operating with the following changes: We are open our Normal hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm), but we are NOT booking in-person appointments unless required. ... We are asking clients to drop their documents at the front desk. Only 2 patrons are permitted inside at any one time - we ask that if you arrive early for an appointment, please wait in your vehicle or outside until your appointment time. When you arrive, you will be asked to provide your name and phone number for contact tracing purposes in the event of a COVID exposure. Staff will be disinfecting all high-touch surfaces between clients - which includes doorknobs and handles, pens, chairs, etc.
