Day 22!!!!! Last day 1. Ball/pillow slams to floor... 2. Burpees 3. Squat with upright row 4. High knees running on spot 5. Pushups 4 rounds 45 seconds Done and done!!!!! @bayalgoma #christmasworkoutchallenge #homeworkoutchallenge
Day 20 Grab 2 weights (if you don't have weight fill up two water bottles, or cans, or laundry detergent, ect) 1. Shoulder press... 2. Biceps curls 3. Stepping lunges alternating legs holding onto weights 4. Put weights on the ground about 1 foot apart. Now jump inside the weights with both feet and then jump outside of the weights with a foot on either side. 5. Then keep your feet glued together and jump outside of one weight with feet, inside feet together, then outside the other weight. Continue. 6. Pushups. One hand inisde between the weights, one hand outside of one. Do a pushup, then walk hands so you now have one hand on the outside of the other weight, and the outside hand is now in betwee the weights. Continue. No rest. Quick from #1-6. 20 seconds each exercise 5 FULL rounds (equals 10 minutes non stop)! @bayalgoma #christmasworkoutchallenge #homeworkoutchallenge
Day 19 Let's have a little fun...a few days left of the challenge! 20 repetitions: Jumping jack squat (regular jack, but when your arms come down and feet together, squat and touch your feet)... 10 repetitions each leg: Hand and knees. Hover the knees and alternate lifting a foot and stretching the leg back to tap the foot to the floor 20 rounds of: Frog jump (squat jump) 3 times forward and then run backwards to start position 10 Pushups Do these 4 different exercises for a total of 4 rounds! @bayalgoma #christmasworkoutchallenge #homeworkoutchallenge
Day 18 Grab a chair! 1. Hold onto a chair. But another chair, bench, stack of books, anything at your feet. Hands stay still swing your feet over the obstacle. ... 2. Triceps dips off the chair 3. Step up and down alternating legs off the chair 4. Feet (or knees on chair) hands on floor, pushups 5. Sit on the chair and jump up as high as you can non stop (no hands) First round 30 sec, second round 45 seconds, third round 1 minute of each Post when done!!!! @bayalgoma #christmasworkoutchallenge #homeworkoutchallenge
Day 17 Almost there...keep going guys! 1. Running on spot... 2. Stepping lunges alternating legs 3. Scissors jumping on spot swinging your arms and legs in a scissor motion (forward and back) 4. Hold a pushup position and alternate taping the opposite shoulder 5. Stay in a pushup position and go down to elbows and then push back up onto your hands.
