Elevate will be a community hub and basketball centre within Milton that will have numerous components to appeal to kids teens and adults. The 19,000 sf facility will be a welcomed addition to the community. We are looking to involve local artists within many of the creative components of the community. Steels beams arrived and after a long day, the main floor engineering is almost complete. We removed 2 supporting walls and inset 2 beams in the ceiling for support, which will now allow for a complete open concept design and flush ceilings. Beams were packed with 2x's so existing joists could hanger off them.... The engineering aspects of these projects are really what excites me. Anything is possible with a bit or creativity supported by sound math. Good precise planning goes a long way.
