FYI, the relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. Mental health issues related to our lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression. September is suicide awareness month. The Pandemic has driven suicide rates through the roof. People have lost loved ones, businesses, jobs, homes.... The list is endless. The support lines and services can't keep up with the demand that is being put on them.... Now more than ever people need support and resources dealing with their mental health.
