Hello all, If anyone is interested, there is Canada-wide survey that aims to better understand the needs of sexual and gender minorities as it relates to the use of alcohol and cannabis use as well as mental health within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey results will be used to advocate for improved substance use and mental health services tailored for Canadian sexual and gender minorities and to help shape evidence-informed policies and practices for substan...ce use and mental health services among sexual and gender minorities in Canada. For more information, please contact the Heads Together Research Team at [email protected]. Study Page: https://www.bccsu.ca/heads-together/

Check out this great series of virtual workshops - starting today!! **brought to you for free through partnership between Laurier's Office of Disputre Resolution and Sexual Violence Support ( Consent is Golden) and Marika Heinrichs, RP.** "These mini workshops are an invitation to meet virtually with others to engage in some simple body-based practices that support grounding, containment and connection. No previous experience is necessary; all practices are adaptable and opti...onal. Each workshop will be a half hour of practice virtually within a group. There won’t be a lot of talking, we will practice being together in an embodied way. Each session, a different practice will be shared that you can take with you and share with others."
