Thanks for the kind words from our amazing clients! After 45 years living in the north-east end of Winnipeg I found that the city was closing in on us, causing my husband and I to re-evaluate our priorities and living situation. We decided it was time to improve our quality of life and move somewhere with a slower pace and little more space to do the things we enjoyed. I started my search thinking all I could afford was someone else’s problems that I would have to fix up when... I stumbled on the LUD of Tyndall and WMK Builders. Our lives changed almost overnight. We moved from an attached home in Winnipeg to a Beautiful Brand New bungalow in Tyndall with a huge yard. My house is not only beautiful with shiny new appliances it was well finished. All I had to do was move in and my home looked like a page out of an Urban Barn catalogue. Everything was well thought out from the buried Hydro to the studded and insulated basement, the steel I-beam was a pleasant surprise as we will have no ugly tele-posts to get in the way and has us excited for the rec-room to come. Werni and Mathilda may have been the builders that built our home and I would have thought that our relationship would have ended on possession date but that isn’t the case. They are always approachable and have always been there if I have had any questions or concerns with our new home. Every time I walk into my home, it feels like the first time.
