Happy New Year Woodman music parents! Thank you for your extraordinary generosity and support of our December 12th winter concert fundraising activities. Our first ever silent auction was a huge success thanks to the generous donations of our parents and community businesses. We greatly appreciate the efforts of all our bakers who went above and beyond to create a bake sale table laden with beautiful and delicious baked goods.Between the silent auction, the bake sale and cash... donations, we raised over $2,600 for our school's music program! These funds will be used to subsidize workshops for our music students, external concert and festival participation and other external learning opportunities that make the Woodman music program so unique. If you would like to learn more about the Woodman Music Parents Association, please consider coming out to our next WMPA meeting on Monday, February 10th at 7:00 pm in the Woodman band room.
