Here we go!! Tired of working out at home?? Is your gym not open yet?? Do you feel like training with some other people (while social distancing)?? Then this four week bootcamp is what your looking for! We will be following the protocols passed down by the government and training outside. The workouts will take place in the backyard of the gym which is a very large space.
