Another great post from Doctor Anna's Imaginarium where on video Dr Anna discusses post hysterectomy, rectocele prolapse. This is the first in a series of videos to be shared. Dr Anna’s openness and candor regarding health challenges is refreshing and unbelievably educational; the conversations that result are so important to advancing women’s health. * note strong language and graphic depictions used in video.

There is a review of Alberta Health Services by Ernst and Young which highlights many changes that will impact patient care if implemented. Two procedures being considered for change or privatization are tubal ligation and breast reduction. These can be medically necessary. I encourage everyone to read the actual report and form an opinion and then share that opinion with your MLA, the health minister and the premier. https://open.alberta.ca//alberta-health-services-performan
