"Make it happen!".....I'm not sure there was much that Mada couldn't make happen. Her passion for her mother country and the children of the creche ran deep. She was responsible for helping create some great memories we have as the leader of our trip to South Africa in 2016. Thank you...may you rest peacefully. Our thoughts are with her family. It is with great sadness Woodhouse Children Relief Fund announces the passing of its Co Founder and dear sister Dr Mada Nestel. Mada built a charity to benefit over 300 children bringing food, hope and encouragement . She worked relentlessly contributing to the woodhouse community since her first visit in 2015 with 22 hospital workers from Bridgewater, Nova Scotia were she worked as an Internal Medicine Physician. In retirement Mada still often visited the creche . Her infectious generosity spread wide encouraging others in the community to give. She loved the children and the caregivers and constantly stayed in contact with them . It was Madas wish to continue to support her little creche . We, the committee of WCRF will continue to do this in her honor. Any contributions in her memory can be donated on our Canadahelps.org site.
