Responsibilities: Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our existing and future customers. The individual will work within a team structure, and be responsible for meeting and exceeding team and individual objectives. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to; greeting and welcoming all guests of the store... assisting guests to order their required parts ordering & receiving parts with accuracy communicating with technicians, service department, and sales department to ensure jobs are completed properly maintain parts inventory the perfect candidate will be able to assist the Parts Manager in some managerial tasks Skills: Great attitude, customer service skills and team mentality are absolute musts. Parts/Service department experience and/or Automotive knowledge will be considered an asset. Details: Pay is hourly plus a monthly commission based on parts team performance.
