Great workout!!

45 seconds per station. Run through group #1 four times and then group #2 four times. Keep your rests between stations to a minimum.... For exercises where you isolate one arm or one leg, do five reps and then switch sides. Group #1 1. Crossbody Plank then Push-up 2. Alternating T- stands 3. Leg Raises 4. Running Up and Down Stairs (If no stairs then run on the spot) Group #2 1. Long Jumps (If you have the room to do two in a row, cushion after landing and use that to drive into the second long jump. If only room for one long jump, do one long jump turn around and jump back) 2. Dips (on a stair) 3. Toe Touch Step-ups (on stairs) 4. Tuck Crunches Have a great workout!
