Our last project was a success. One of our customers, 3twenty Solutions, completed a 180 bed building at CFB 4-Wing Cold Lake - the whole project, from tender, to design, approval, construction, shipping, set-up and finishing - all in 59 DAYS!! Our drywall was within that 59 days by a couple of weeks.

Our friends at 3twenty Solutions bought all the cases of DSA40 drywall adhesive available in the city - if yer looking for some we have about 3-1/2 tubes left and the rest is cured or curing!! We are a little over half way done a 180 man camp for 3twenty's client, Defence Construction Canada. It hasn't been confirmed but I hear Cold Lake AFB is using these buildings for hosting the Maple Games.

Always on a Saturday at Kenroc... We ran into Jim from Sunco, Canada's oldest and biggest drywall company, doing the new police station. "Why aren't you guys working for ME?" he demanded from the next aisle. Prices!! "You're GOING to work for me!!" he states with full old dawg supervisor authority - So my partner takes him aside and gives him a price. Jim comes back to the other aisle, and orders, "You're GOING to work for ME!!! I have a school too - you are GOING to work for me!!" I offered to pay him some $$$ I owe Sunco for a ticket and, "No! I'm taking it off your cheque! You guys are GOING to work for me!!" haha The funny thing about small cities - your work will either put you out of business in a awhile if you are not good - but if you're good, life is great!

Nice - another delivery of drywall showed up at 3twenty Solutions and every square foot of it is Sean's!!!
