Two trinket boxes done. My son wanted them to give to his teachers. He was a great help in the design and construction process. A future apprentis maybe? Purpleheart box with maple bottoms and splines with a zebra wood top, basic oil finish.

Blanket ladder project is on hold in dry fit. Waiting on detail decisions from client, who is on holiday right now. Rungs fitted into rails with dovetails, for some extra pizzazz. The white maple will be stained dark and the rails will be left natural. 2 tone effect.

The purple heart coffee table has started! Re-sawing the purple heard really gave my band saw a run for the money. I think that the motor has bad bearings in it (runs too hot), off to service for it this winter!

Just finished a commission. A custom fit board to go over their sink. The bottom was cove cut to fit over the opening of the sink so the board does not slide around. Client wanted it for chopping veggies. Finished with a bee's wax and mineral oil product, that is totally food safe!
