Woofer Wellness 25.01.2021

Hello everyone! I've gotten quite a few new followers over the last while and thought I would take the chance to re-introduce myself and the dogs to you all! So, Hi! My name is Chayse and I have been in the dog industry professionally for over 8 years and it's no surprise that I love what I do ... I am a certified dog trainer and along with my Veterinary background, I have multiple certifications in canine nutrition from The Possible Canine, Dogs Naturally and my Cert.CN from the Companion Animal Science Institute. I use my social media to connect with owners to help them better understand their dog and learn about their individual nutritional needs to help them along in their journey. I am currently enrolled to become a certified canine massage practitioner and look forward to adding that, along with some herbalism to my future services alongside my recipe formulations I live in a small city called Fort Saskatchewan which is just outside of Edmonton, Alberta in Canada (but work with owners all over!) with my husband Ross and 3 dogs, Marley, Mayson and Ripley Marley is a 7 year old Australian Shepherd, Labrador mix and she is the firecracker of the household! She constantly challenges me and keeps my training education in good use....all the time Mayson is a 6 year old pure bred Golden Retriever who was born blind, he is the highlight of our lives and keeps every person he meets smiling all day long. He is a certified therapy dog and is truly the best boy Ripley is our new addition, and he's been with us for a full year come May! He was also born blind and is a Saint Bernard, German Shepherd mix that is about 5 years old. He is the biggest momma's boy and we are so happy we found him to join the family I would LOVE for you to message me or comment about yourself and pack so I can learn all about you wonderful humans & woofers! Chayse VHA, ABCDT, Cert. CN, Raw feeding specialist

Reminder that raw feeding doesn't always have to be creative bowls with exotic looking ingredients! As long as nutrition needs are met, it doesn't need to be pretty! Ripley enjoying a messy mash this morning consisting of: Premade Raw - Organic ground Turkey with bone, beef tripe and spleen, horse heart and kidney and pork liver... Veg/Quinoa mix - mixture of cooked and blended sweet potato, kale, spinach, beets, purple cabbage, green beans, organic ginger root, shiitake mushrooms and overcooked quinoa Supplements/extras mixed in - Filtered water Organic chicken egg Green Lipped Mussel Powder Copper Chelated Manganese Iodine (kelp) Vitamin D3 Vitamin E

To feed them is a necessity, but to feed them intelligently is an art Mayson enjoying the light morning snowfall alongside his breakfast: @bigcountryraw Pork Dinner ... @bigcountryraw Quail Eggs Kefir bone Parsley *not a typical ingredient but left over from human meals this week. Herbs can be a great addition to your dog's diet, Parsley in particular is high in Chlorophyll (which combats bad doggy breath along with other great benefits), Vitamins A, C, K and iron. Supplements mixed in: Green Lipped Mussel Powder Taurine, COQ10 & Hawthorn Berry TriActa Extra Strength We have been experimenting with some different premades for the first month the baby is born to help make things a little easier prepping wise! @bigcountryraw makes NRC balanced diets (once you add an Omega 3 source), which is something you should look for in a balanced premade raw (AAFCO or NRC)

We're on YouTube! Due to instagram not allowing 10+ minute videos I needed somewhere to upload massage content (and more) so here we are! Please give us a watch and maybe even hit that subscribe button for future videos! ... Our first video is showing a basic canine massage using effleurage, petrissage and tapotement techniques on Mayson. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZuW_pW35l8c&t=4s
